Auskobe is an Australian family owned brand which has been farming since 1947, and exporting beef products since 1999. Auskobe feed their wagyu cattle highest quality natural grain free from growth hormones, antibiotics and chemical residue. These grain fed wagyu are juicier, tender and has higher fat content than grass fed, which delivers more flavour. 

Wakame chefs has designed a special menu span from burrata kushiyaki, wagyu maki, tataki, katsu meat balls, yuzu saffron risotto and grapefruit pungent mocktail.
